By installing the extension or using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install the extension.

These terms cover the extension and this website. They do not cover the websites you capture, which have their own terms.

Licence

The extension is free to use for personal and commercial purposes, on any number of your own machines. No account, licence key or payment is required.

The source is published under an open source licence. You may read it, fork it and modify it under that licence, which is the authoritative document for what you may do with the code.

What you may capture

You are responsible for what you capture and what you do with it. Capturing a page does not give you rights to the content on it, and copyright, database rights, confidentiality obligations and site terms of service all continue to apply to anything you capture.

Do not use the extension to capture material you are not permitted to access, or to reproduce material you are not permitted to reproduce.

No warranty

The extension is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Browsers change, websites change, and a capture that worked yesterday can fail today for reasons outside our control.

Do not rely on it as the sole record of anything important without verifying the result. In particular, check that a capture is complete before treating it as evidence of what a page contained.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the extension or this website, including lost data, lost captures, or decisions made on the basis of an incomplete capture.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Availability and changes

The extension may be updated at any time through the Chrome Web Store. Features may change or be removed. If a change affects what data is handled, the privacy policy is updated before that version ships.

This website may be changed or taken down at any time.
